河合塾グループの持株会社である株式会社KJホールディングス（本社：東京都新宿区、代表取締役社長：河合英樹）は、2026年9月にベトナムを中心とした東南アジアのスタートアップ企業へ投資を行うDo Venturesが運営する「Do Ventures Fund II, LP」（以下「本ファンド」）へ投資を実行しましたので、お知らせいたします。

本投資を通じてDo Venturesのベトナムにおける知見・ネットワークを活用し、ベトナムの教育・人材育成領域を中心とした現地企業との事業提携や投資機会の探索を進め、ベトナムにおいて新たな教育事業の展開と教育価値の創出をめざしてまいります。







■Do Venturesについて
Do Venturesは、ベトナムを拠点に、ベトナムおよび東南アジアのスタートアップ企業へ投資するベンチャーキャピタルです。シードからシリーズAを中心とするアーリーステージの企業を主な投資対象とし、Consumer TechnologyやManufacturing Technologyをはじめ、AI、教育・人材育成、ヘルスケア、金融サービス、気候変動関連など幅広い領域に投資しています。投資に加え、事業戦略、プロダクト、人材、成長支援などを通じて、投資先企業の事業拡大を支援しています。

Kawaijuku Group Invests in Do Ventures Fund II, Managed by a Vietnam-Based Venture Capital Firm
Accelerating the Development of Educational Businesses in Vietnam

KJ Holdings Inc., the holding company of the Kawaijuku Group (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Hideki Kawai), announces that it has invested in Do Ventures Fund II, LP (the “Fund”) in September 2026. The Fund is managed by Do Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests primarily in startups across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Through this investment, the Kawaijuku Group will collaborate with Do Ventures to explore business partnerships and investment opportunities with local companies, particularly in the education and talent development sectors, with the aim of developing new education businesses and delivering new forms of educational value in Vietnam.

Do Ventures is a Vietnam-based venture capital firm investing in startups across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. It primarily invests in seed to Series A-stage companies across a broad range of sectors, including Consumer Technology, Manufacturing Technology, AI, education and upskilling, healthcare, financial services, and Climate Tech.

In addition to providing capital, Do Ventures supports the growth of its portfolio companies through assistance in areas such as business strategy, product development, talent development, and business expansion.
